Job Summary:
A professional responsible for conducting check-in and check-out procedures, providing in-person and telephone guest service, addressing inquiries, and organizing guest documentation.

**Responsibilities:** Conduct the check-in process by welcoming guests, collecting documentation, entering data into the system, conveying essential information about their stay, and referring guests to the reception assistant for proper follow-up until they reach their accommodation;
Provide guest service (in person and via telephone), address various inquiries, and guide guests on any request, aiming to resolve their daily needs;
Conduct the check-out process by receiving the guest, verifying consumption and lodging charges, receiving and finalizing payment, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
Perform room changes by reviewing the closure of the current quota (the condominium owner’s usage week) and opening a new quota, organizing documentation and guiding guests through the appropriate process.
**Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in this role. Flexible availability.
