Job Summary: Ensure efficient execution of tax and administrative routines, guaranteeing compliance in postings, document control, and process integration. Key Highlights: 1. Transfer billing and invoice issuance Ensure efficient execution of tax and administrative routines related to material receipt, guaranteeing compliance in postings, document control, and integration of processes with inventory, contributing to alignment between system data and physical inventory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Post invoices for materials, CT\-es, invoices, receipts, tax forms, and bank slips into the system. Register service invoices via the Service Posting screen, generating corresponding purchase requisitions; Track all invoices issued to the branch until full material receipt is confirmed; Support the team in departmental operational routines, such as spreadsheet preparation, monitoring truck entry and exit at the warehouse, releasing delivery receipts, and handling emails; Perform transfer billing for all branches; Issue return invoices to partners when necessary; Support pre\-posting of invoices issued against Notaro, while also resolving discrepancies; Collaborate on organizing and controlling tax and operational documents; **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
