#### **About the position:** * Clean, organize, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas under your responsibility, ensuring correct replenishment of linens and amenities while respecting guest privacy and adhering to the hotel’s quality and hygiene standards. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Perform room cleaning and preparation for check-in, check-out, and daily stays. * Change bed and bath linens, restock amenities, and arrange rooms according to established standards. * Sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and surfaces appropriately and safely. * Keep your service cart clean, fully stocked, and organized throughout your shift. * Report forgotten items, damages, or irregularities in rooms to supervision. * Ensure economical use of supplies, proper use of PPE, and strict adherence to safety procedures. * Respond courteously to simple guest requests when authorized. * Meet productivity targets and standards set by the housekeeping department. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Training courses (e.g., hotel cleaning techniques, linen handling, hygiene best practices, use of cleaning products and PPE). * Work experience performing this role: 6 months to 1 year. * Prior professional cleaning or hospitality experience is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvias (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off * Shift hours: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM
