This professional will play a pivotal role in developing our employees, ensuring each individual receives practical, clear, and values-aligned training that reflects our internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Plan, organize, and deliver in-person and online training for new hires and internal teams; Develop instructional materials, learning paths, and supporting content; Monitor participants’ progress, providing continuous feedback and guidance; Identify training needs and propose improvements to training programs; Apply modern learning methodologies, especially adult education (andragogy); Record attendance, assessments, and training performance indicators; Requirements Strong communication and teaching skills for diverse audiences; Organizational ability, proactivity, and a mindset of continuous learning; Familiarity with digital tools and training platforms.
