Strictly follow food safety procedures #### **About the Job:** Ensure the cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the kitchen, utensils, support areas, and equipment, contributing to the maintenance of quality standards, food safety, and excellence in the service provided by the hotel. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently and carefully, following checklists and internal standards. * Keep production areas, floors, countertops, cold rooms, and storage areas clean. * Support the organization of materials and utensils in their designated locations. * Collect and dispose of waste correctly according to hygiene standards. * Assist in setting up and dismantling support areas (e.g., events, room service, or buffets). * Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance or restocking needs. * Strictly follow food safety procedures and health surveillance regulations. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Food Handling Good Practices courses. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * Experience performing this role: 6 months to 1 year * Prior experience in cleaning and sanitizing professional kitchens, hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-Specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Birthday Day Off * On-site Meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating Shift: 5 days on / 1 day off * Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM
