




#### **About the position:** Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of utensils, support areas, and equipment, contributing to maintaining quality standards, food safety, and excellence in service provided by the hotel. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Efficiently and carefully wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment, following checklists and internal standards. * Keep production areas, floors, countertops, cold rooms, and storage areas clean. * Assist in organizing materials and utensils in their designated locations. * Properly collect and dispose of waste according to hygiene regulations. * Support setup and breakdown of support areas (e.g., events, room service, or buffet). * Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance or restocking needs. * Strictly adhere to food safety procedures and health surveillance regulations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education * Food Handling Good Practices training #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Relevant work experience: 6 months to 1 year * Prior experience in cleaning and sanitizing professional kitchens, hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off * Shift hours: 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM
