* Lead and align your team through follow-ups, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivational actions, performance evaluations, hiring requests, reassignment or termination requests, disciplinary measures, and other people management activities; * Develop schedules and facilitate training programs for PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams, and monitor their effectiveness; * Monitor city-level indicators and goals for PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams; * Supervise PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams during initiatives; * Ensure documentation is available and up-to-date for external sales teams; * Apply disciplinary measures or terminate PAP, Kiosk, and NGC team members, when necessary; * Conduct value-based feedback sessions for PAP, Kiosk, and NGC teams; * Hold periodic alignment meetings with leaders and their teams; * Monitor and manage all city-level indicators where you operate; * Collaborate with the Sales Commercial Coordinator to develop sales, marketing, and customer base loyalty strategies for the city under your supervision; * Implement actions to resolve issues or improve indicator performance; * Monitor results and provide support, when necessary, to Installation, Repair, and Merger teams operating in your supervised city; * Monitor customer satisfaction levels with Brisanet Group products and services; * Update the GB dashboard and conduct regional GBs with the Growth Coordinator; * Assess infrastructure FTTH expansion needs in your supervised city, when necessary; * Measure and evaluate results of commercial strategies implemented in the city; * Attend administrative hearings related to PROCON and DECON, when necessary; * Hold meetings with public and private authorities, when necessary; * Represent the company and its interests before public and private institutions; * Customer service, monitoring stalled sales, and customer support; * Participate in the hiring process for new employees; * Approve employment contract terminations; * Manage employee timekeeping; * Support the IMOC department and the S\&L Monitoring department (when requested); * Place purchases via Suplly, when necessary; * Handle notary-related requests (e.g., signature authentication and contracts), when necessary; * Deliver and collect materials from other cities, when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience managing people and sales teams; * Skills in indicator analysis, commercial strategies, customer service techniques, basic mathematics, and basic computer literacy; * Experience in market research and route planning;
