Pre\-prepare main dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8\. Collect and label food samples. 9\. Perform related tasks. 10\. Be responsible for health and safety, as well as applying standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
