Support team training and development. **Position: Floor Supervisor** **Job Description:** Responsible for supervising, guiding, and monitoring the housekeeping team’s activities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with established quality, hygiene, and service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise housekeeping staff and general services assistants; * Monitor cleaning, room setup, and inspection of guest rooms and common areas; * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards; * Manage linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; * Support team training and development; * Communicate with the front desk and other departments to align operational needs; * Report maintenance requirements and monitor corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or in hotel housekeeping; * Knowledge of hospitality routines and cleaning standards; * Completed high school education (hospitality-related coursework preferred); * Leadership, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork; * Organization and sense of priority; * Proactivity and accountability; * Focus on quality and excellence in service.
