Job Summary: Manage electrician teams, supervise work execution, conduct Operational DESCs, and monitor production and system indicators to ensure safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Oversee the execution of services performed. Conduct Operational DESCs. Send and receive service order requests from clients. Perform administrative tasks. Conduct field inspections, track production indicators, and monitor systems such as Ponto, Solis, Performance, SAP, among others. Ensure electrician teams comply with safety regulations. Monitor compliance with obligations related to material withdrawal, delivery, and application, assessing potential non-conformities. Track delivery of resources by required sub-departments for activity execution, such as warehouse, fleet, and SESMT. **Requirements**: Technical qualification in electricity and/or Electrical Engineering technician. Experience leading teams.
