If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with tax and financial routines, this opportunity is for you! ? **Responsibilities:** ✅ Issue and verify **invoices for products and services**, ensuring compliance with current legislation; ✅ Validate **orders, tax documents, and customer information** prior to issuance; ✅ Monitor **daily and monthly billing**, ensuring all operations are properly recorded; ✅ Support **financial reconciliation** and **accounting revenue closing**; ✅ Track **rejected or canceled invoices**, correcting inconsistencies; ✅ Provide support to **logistics, controller, and accounting departments**, ensuring process integration; ✅ Generate management reports to support departmental decision-making.\[ ? **What We Expect From You:** ✅ Prior **experience in billing** (preferably in transportation or distribution); ✅ Basic knowledge of **taxes** (ICMS, ISS, CFOP) and applicable tax regulations; ✅ Proficiency in **Excel** and experience with **ERP systems**; ✅ **Attention to detail**, sense of responsibility, and commitment to deadlines; ✅ Experience issuing **CTE, NF-e, and NFS-e**; ✅ **Bonus:** Experience handling **transporter tax documents** and freight control. ? **Benefits:** Competitive salary \+ Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Profit Sharing Program (PLR). ? **Business Hours.** Send your resume to **recrutamento@ac2logistica.com**, with the email subject line **“Faturista PE”.**
