Communication with customers, drivers, and freight carriers Job Description – Logistics Assistant (Transportation) We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to work in the transportation area, providing support to logistics operations and ensuring efficient monitoring of deliveries, pickups, and other cargo transportation-related activities. Main responsibilities: * Schedule and monitor pickups and deliveries; * Monitor fleet and trip performance; * Track drivers during transportation operations; * Issue and verify transportation documents (CT-e, MDF-e, manifests, and other relevant documents); * Communicate with customers, drivers, and freight carriers to update delivery status; * Manage delivery deadlines and transportation incidents; * Update logistics management spreadsheets and systems; * Organize departmental files and documents; * Support route planning and transportation operation optimization; * Prepare logistics reports and indicators.
