Location: Cabo de Santo Agostinho, BRA Category: Supply Chain HSE Mid\-Senior level Hybrid **Description** --------------- Health and Safety Analyst **Job Objective** Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of **Occupational Health and Safety** practices, promoting safe working conditions, legal compliance, accident prevention, and a strong safety culture, aligned with the **Integrated Management System (IMS)**. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and promote continuous improvement of the **Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000\)**. * Identify, assess, and control occupational risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Develop and execute accident prevention programs, including incident investigation and root cause analysis. * Conduct onboarding, safety training, campaigns, and awareness initiatives. * Support management of **PPE**, compliance with **NR‑12**, legal requirements, safety inspections, and safety round routines. * Guide and monitor third-party companies regarding health and safety standards and legal compliance. * Support audits, permits, licenses, and technical documentation management. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuous improvement of safety practices. **Requirements** * Technical qualification in **Occupational Safety**, with active registration at the **Ministry of Labor (DRT)**. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of **risk analysis, regulatory standards, and fire suppression systems**. * **Desirable:** Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, familiarity with **Brazilian NRs**, Civil Firefighter certification, and **basic English proficiency**.
