Access to training and continuous development Support operational and administrative areas through control of food production, supply, and distribution at the unit level, aiming to ensure smooth execution of the production process. **Responsibilities:** * 1\. Be responsible for the technical and behavioral training of subordinates; * 2\. Assist in or develop menus; * 3\. Supervise staff hygiene, facility cleanliness, utensil sanitation, and food safety; * 4\. Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative performance results of the unit; * 5\. Prepare budgets for events/special services; * 6\. Prepare daily requisitions; * 7\. Assist in or prepare purchase orders for food items, uniforms, and utensils; * 8\. Taste-test and approve food preparations; * 9\. Analyze daily costs and quotations; * 10\. Prepare or assist in closing procedures, verify/prepare documentation; * 11\. Ensure sample collection and identification. * 12\. Recruit and select operational staff; * 13\.
