Job Summary: The Human Resources Analyst conducts recruitment processes, develops talent attraction and retention strategies, and strengthens organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes. 2. Develop strategies for talent attraction and retention. 3. Promote initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture. Human Resources Analyst \- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes. • Align candidate profiles with managers. • Prepare candidate evaluation reports when necessary. • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring accuracy, and turnover rate of newly hired employees). * Develop strategies for talent attraction and retention. • Training and development. • Identify training needs (TNA). • Organize institutional onboarding sessions. * Conduct organizational climate surveys upon management request. • Support and/or develop employee engagement and internal marketing initiatives for contracts and the administrative headquarters. • Support recognition and appreciation programs. • Promote initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture. * Act as a facilitator among employees, leadership, and the HR department. • Provide strategic support to operational leadership. • Identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment and selection processes. • Develop and/or propose action plans to reduce turnover and increase engagement. * Metrics under responsibility: • Turnover rate. • Average time-to-fill vacancies. • Retention rate. • Employee satisfaction index. Relevant experience in the activities described above. • Experience in the outsourcing sector is a plus. • Ability to work with metrics and data. • Strong interpersonal skills. * Indicate salary expectations.
