We value a fair, human-centered, and continuously improving environment where excellence is not a final goal — it’s the standard. **What You’ll Do:** * Coordinate the QA area within the software factory. * Structure and standardize testing processes across multiple projects and clients. * Ensure quality, predictability, and reduction of production failures. * Define test strategies (functional, regression, automated, performance, and security). * Implement and evolve test automation integrated into CI/CD. * Monitor metrics such as production bugs, rework, test coverage, and technical SLA. * Act as a bridge between development, projects, and executive management. * Lead and develop the QA team, promoting a preventive culture (shift\-left).
