Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial painting supervisor/leader with experience in interpreting specifications and painting systems, material control, and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as industrial painting supervisor/leader 2. Reading and interpretation of technical specifications and painting systems 3. Good communication with clients and inspectors Experience as industrial painting supervisor/leader Reading and interpretation of technical specifications and painting systems Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but valued): Painting inspector training course Experience with: Scaffolding (reading drawings/ART) Heavy-duty corrosion-resistant painting Working at heights (NR35\) Basic knowledge of: RDO Checklists Excel Material and team control Good communication with clients and inspectors Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3\.100,00 \- R$3\.159,60 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
