As an **HR Intern**, your mission will be to support departmental routines—going beyond operational tasks—to learn how to build genuine connections and contribute to a more human and efficient HR experience.
You will support talent attraction, development, and engagement processes, actively participating in initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and directly impact company growth.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Supporting end-to-end R\&S workflow: from job alignment and screening to promotion and interview scheduling;
* Managing communication with candidates, issuing invitations, and ensuring feedback delivery at all stages;
* Supporting collection and analysis of onboarding documents;
* Monitoring metrics, updating and maintaining the job dashboard;
* Supporting logistics and collection of experience surveys;
* Supporting T\&D by assisting in operational organization of training sessions and material logistics;
* Promoting Marsaro culture: acting as an ambassador of company values in all interactions;
* Supporting internal marketing initiatives;
* Proposing improvements and innovations, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting solutions to optimize HR processes.
**What we’re looking for:**
* Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward);
* Prior experience in recruitment and selection is a plus;
* Passion for developing people and creating a positive work environment;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Availability to work in Recife.

Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
