Collaborate with the Regional Field Services Management to plan material requirements and team sizing, aiming for full activity execution aligned with the budget allocated to the area. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Lead and align your team through monitoring, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivational initiatives, performance evaluations, hiring requests, reassignment and/or termination requests, and disciplinary actions, among other people management activities;
* Promote and internalize the organizational culture within the team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy);
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators and define short- and medium-term actions to improve deliverables;
* Seek innovations and improvements that enhance productivity and performance in area activities;
* Support audit processes when required;
* Prepare and present results reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership as requested;
* Participate in defining the area’s strategic and budgetary planning when requested;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE) when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the area and directed by leadership;
* Plan and manage field operations activities and deliverables for the regional area under their responsibility, ensuring maximum efficiency in executing scheduled routes;
* Collaborate with the Regional Field Services Management to plan material requirements and team sizing, aiming for full activity execution aligned with the budget allocated to the area;
* Ensure full, accurate, and safe execution of technical services according to operational needs, as well as pre\-established company norms and standards, targeting service quality;
* Develop the team of managers to execute high-quality activities focused on indicator analysis and planning, thereby optimizing energy consumption in the department;
* Plan and align processes, workflows, and resources necessary to support operations in collaboration with supervisors;
* Ensure impartiality and accuracy in commission and productivity payments to employees.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, including at least 1 year managing people;
* Knowledge of GPON;
* Process Management;
* Crisis Management;
* Familiarity with Field Services department processes;
* Driver’s License "B" and Defensive Driving certification.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree in related fields, either in progress or completed;
* Willingness to travel;
* Google tools (Sheets, Docs);
* Geographic knowledge of the region.
