A civil construction service provider is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Jaboatão dos Guararapes (Barra de Jangada). Detex Ltda is a company specialized in detection and monitoring solutions. We provide products and services to ensure safety and efficiency across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Plan and organize procurement activities under the guidance of Management, ensuring the Company receives required operational items at the right time, quality, and cost. Interact with suppliers, registering qualification information about their companies, receiving their product portfolios, and gathering data for inclusion in the Company's supplier database. Collaborate with the Inventory Clerk to monitor stock levels and anticipate purchases of inputs (assessing cost and payment terms). Conduct supplier negotiations to finalize purchases under optimal conditions regarding price, quality, volume, and delivery schedule. Lead high-complexity and high-value strategic negotiations. Issue purchase orders and, upon approval, forward them to suppliers, tracking delivery progress and ensuring fulfillment of all agreed-upon terms; guarantee timely financial recording. Map improvements in supply chain systems and processes, implement them, and monitor development. Generate and analyze company procurement tracking reports to inform Management about performance metrics including timeliness, cost, volumes, quality, etc. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
