* Supervise inventory activities in stores and distribution centers, ensuring inventory accuracy, process compliance, and loss control.
* Manage the inventory team, ensuring organization, standardization of routines, and adherence to established schedules.
* Monitor key performance indicators, propose improvements, and ensure compliance with internal company standards.

* Monitor inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis
* Ensure compliance with loss prevention processes
* Maintain equipment and resources used in operations
* Support preparation of reports and performance indicators
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Expected Experience and Knowledge**

* Experience with stock inventories and loss control
* Experience managing operational teams
* Knowledge of store and/or distribution center routines
* Experience analyzing discrepancies and performance indicators
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
