We seek someone who shares this vision and contributes to an environment built on trust, partnership, and focus on the end patient. * We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform daily management of the instrumentation team, promoting alignment, clear communication, and performance monitoring; Manage operational indicators related to the department, ensuring target achievement and process efficiency; Control operational costs and support the development of strategies for resource optimization; Develop, monitor, and adjust the daily service schedule, ensuring adequate coverage and service quality; Collaborate integrally with other unit leaders: logistics, commercial, quality, and OPME; Identify training needs, promote capacity-building initiatives, and monitor the team’s technical and behavioral development; Handle challenging situations with emotional balance, consistently guided by the company’s non-negotiable principles and values; Anticipate departmental needs and contribute to decisions aligned with commercial and operational expectations; Maintain a systemic view of the unit, acting with critical thinking, organization, and strict adherence to established processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education in healthcare, preferably Nursing or related fields; Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in the hospital sector, surgical material suppliers, or instrumentation; Prior knowledge or experience in surgical instrumentation will be considered a differentiator; Proficiency in Excel, indicator interpretation, and ease of use with corporate operational systems; Flexible availability. **Additional Information** Meal allowance: Benefit Card; Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy; Health insurance (co-payment); Dental plan: Bradesco (Optional); Life insurance; Free training programs; Career and Compensation Plan; Educational loan (after 1 year of employment); Day Off; Total Pass; SESC agreement; Maternity/Paternity basket. **We, the Vertical Group**, have distributed medical\-hospital supplies since 2004\. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are constantly seeking innovative healthcare solutions that meet patients’ needs—but to achieve this, we need talents like **YOU!** We take our commitment to employees seriously.
