Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team, responsible for supervising and managing construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards. Analysis of project documents, technical specifications, and preparation of reports. We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** to join our team, overseeing and managing construction activities to ensure quality, safety, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with the company's established technical standards. The professional will support the planning, execution, and supervision of construction phases, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and inspect on-site work execution; * Perform quality control of completed work; * Develop and monitor physical construction schedules; * Conduct work measurements and cost monitoring; * Analyze project documents, technical specifications, and descriptive memoranda; * Supervise in-house and third-party teams; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations; * Prepare construction progress reports; * Conduct material take-offs and support procurement planning; * Participate in alignment meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Active registration with **CREA**; * Experience in construction supervision and management; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Knowledge of construction planning and control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/advanced Excel is a plus); * Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects; * Knowledge of budgeting and cost composition; * Familiarity with construction management tools. Compensation: R$2\.939,85 \- R$11\.559,80 per month Work Location: On-site
