Leadership and sense of responsibility **Position: Production Supervisor** **Position Objective** Ensure smooth production operations by coordinating personnel, processes, and deadlines, thereby guaranteeing productivity, quality, and achievement of company-established targets. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor daily production activities * Assign tasks and organize operational teams * Ensure adherence to production and delivery deadlines * Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality indicators * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to production processes * Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and materials * Maintain order, discipline, and organization within the production area * Collaborate with management on production planning and prioritization * Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety, and quality requirements **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in **operational management / production supervisor / production leader** * Experience in **productive / industrial / manufacturing environments** * Experience leading operational teams * Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills * Practical, hands-on profile focused on results * Good communication skills and leadership demeanor Specific embroidery experience is not mandatory, but prior experience in production is essential. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience monitoring production indicators * Experience with continuous improvement, goal setting, and productivity enhancement * Knowledge of industrial routines, shop floor operations, or garment manufacturing **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and sense of responsibility * Organization and discipline * Proactivity and process-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Commitment to results and quality **Employment Type** * CLT or negotiable Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
