Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage people and processes to build high-performance teams, safeguarding company culture while acting safely and sustainably, contributing to an environment that encourages innovation; * Supervise and control the operational and technical aspects of the area to ensure fulfillment of the plant’s mechanical maintenance demands; * Ensure optimal utilization of labor and installed capacity to meet preventive, predictive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance demands, guaranteeing compliance with technical standards for safe service execution; * Distribute and coordinate Mechanical Maintenance area activities according to needs, negotiating response deadlines with requesting departments to effectively manage priorities and urgencies; * Manage maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Availability, and Costs); * Provide technical support to production areas, advising on mechanical maintenance procedures for equipment and machinery; * Participate in improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing mechanical maintenance resources and reducing Industrial Variable Cost (IVC). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering; * Proven experience managing industrial maintenance teams; * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and programs such as TPM, WCM, and/or Lean Manufacturing; * Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics, SAP (PM), maintenance management software, and PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control); * Willingness to work 100% onsite. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
