Job Summary: Responsible for handling, organizing, and controlling materials, ensuring cargo integrity and warehouse efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient material handling and organization 2. Inventory management and SAP system recording 3. Support in inventories and audits 1\. Perform loading, unloading, and material handling while ensuring cargo integrity; 2\. Receive production directly from the assembly line and store it at the Distribution Center (CDI); 3\. Organize and store Materials/Products efficiently to ensure easy access, identification, and control; 4\. Support periodic inventory execution to verify stock quantity and product condition; 5\. Conduct daily/cyclic material counts to maintain record accuracy and efficient inventory management; 6\. Record production receipt in the SAP system, ensuring all data is accurate; 7\. Support inventory management and material movement between designated warehouses using the SAP system; 8\. Support internal/external audits validating warehouse operational standards; 9\. Record/use existing SHE, Quality, and Logistics applications/systems to log deviations and monitor notifications; 10\. Reject vehicles failing to meet established transportation standard policy requirements; 11\. Inspect all incoming materials and execute receiving checklists per existing SHE, Quality, and Unilever standards; 12\. Enter, release, and create requisitions for receiving and return invoices; 13\. Perform activities according to Unilever's internal SHE and Quality standards; 14\. Report factory accidents and incidents, participating in incident analysis per Unilever's internal policy. 15\. Ensure implementation of the 5S policy across all areas, contributing to a safe, clean, and organized environment.
