Promotion of autonomy and human dignity in vulnerable communities. **PROJECT CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:** AVSI Brazil is a non-profit civil society organization established in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of people facing vulnerability. It collaborates with international cooperation actors, public sector entities, and private initiatives. Affiliated with the Italian NGO AVSI Foundation—active in Brazil since the 1980s—its mission is to promote people’s agency in their own development, as well as that of their families and communities. It implements social projects based on a methodology of holistic and solidarity-based development, oriented toward autonomy and human dignity. The “Energy Classes” spaces are interactive environments equipped with technologies, experiments, scale models, panels, and videos, offering immersive experiences related to electricity use, energy generation, and energy efficiency. **BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:** Liaison with local leaders to present, initiate, and sustain activities within communities across municipalities served by distribution companies; supervise subordinate staff in their duties as needed; deliver educational lectures on energy efficiency; supervise and monitor physical installations and operational conditions for service delivery, identifying needs for repairs or maintenance; supervise and monitor materials and equipment provided for activity implementation; supervise and coordinate the work of directly subordinate teams, monitoring performance indicators and generating reports; validate site locations and request provisional electrical connections for Mobile Units (MUs) where services will be delivered; liaise with Education Departments and other competent authorities to formalize agreements and partnerships; identify and flag requirements for specialized team training; identify and flag issues arising during activity implementation, proposing process improvements. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Team management; Guiding and orienting public visits at “Energy Classes” spaces; Delivering educational lectures on the efficient and safe use of electricity; Assembly and disassembly of mobile educational units; Monitoring repair and maintenance services for Mobile Educational Units (MEUs) and collection equipment; Operating equipment during activities; Public, student, and teacher engagement; Supporting routine process activities; Preparing reports, managing targets, and ensuring service quality; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Administrative support (e.g., diverse research, financial reporting, material organization and control, spreadsheet preparation, etc.); Willingness to travel; Driver’s license Category B.
