Job Summary: A transportation company seeks a Warehouse Verifier to handle receiving, dispatching, verification, and organization of cargo, ensuring warehouse operational efficiency. The transportation company is seeking a Warehouse Verifier in Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Esmeralda Transportation specializes in transportation and logistics services. With a modern fleet and qualified team, it delivers efficient cargo transportation solutions. **Responsibilities:** Receiving and dispatching vehicles according to the warehouse activity schedule. Verifying received or dispatched goods. Verifying picking lists where applicable and per cargo handling operations. Preparing documentation for vehicle loading and unloading activities. Performing the standard company vehicle loading/unloading checklist. Sorting and verifying cargo. Issuing standardized operational records. Unloading and verifying returned or returned cargo per company standard procedures. Issuing entry/exit records for the company’s pallet, rack, or cage pool control. Ensuring proper maintenance, upkeep, and recovery of pallets, racks, or cages as applicable. Managing, cleaning, and maintaining daily-use warehouse equipment. Guiding and supervising assistants’ activities during assigned tasks by the warehouse supervisor—whether receiving, sorting, or loading goods. Ensuring correct usage of consumables in operations (e.g., adhesive tapes, brushes, stretch film, forms, packaging, etc.). Complying with all procedures outlined in the Functional Integration Manual, Good Practices, and company-provided training. Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in the proper allocation and storage of empty pallets (PBR and CHEP). Maintaining warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness—including adjacent areas—as per company standard procedures. Previous roles as Inventory Verifier, Cargo Verifier, Goods Verifier, or Receiving Verifier may indicate suitability for some duties in this position. High school diploma required.
