Job Mission** Provide customer service in the refrigerated warehouse/butcher department, performing meat and meat-product cutting, weighing, packaging, and display, ensuring product quality, departmental hygiene, and compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations. **2\. Main Responsibilities** * Serve customers at the refrigerated warehouse/butcher counter with friendliness and efficiency. * Perform meat cuts according to customer requests or company standards. * Weigh, package, and label products. * Stock butcher counters and display islands with meats and derivatives. * Check product expiration dates, quality, and storage conditions. * Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, tools, and equipment. * Store meats properly in cold chambers. * Follow food hygiene and handling regulations. * Use PPE and work equipment correctly. * Support inventory control and merchandise restocking. **3\. Job RequirementsEducation:** * Completed elementary education. **Experience:** * Prior experience in butcher shops, slaughterhouses, or meat handling is preferred. **Skills and Competencies:** * Customer service. * Efficiency and organization. * Attention to hygiene and food safety. * Manual dexterity for meat cutting. * Teamwork. **4\. Working Conditions** * Low-temperature environment (cold chambers and refrigerated counters). * Handling of cutting instruments (knives and saws). * Prolonged standing. * Mandatory use of PPE (gloves, aprons, hairnets, boots, etc.). **5\. Responsibilities** * Comply with food safety and health surveillance regulations. * Maintain and care for departmental equipment and tools. * Ensure quality and traceability of products offered to customers.
