Job Summary: Assist in vehicle diagnostics, prepare estimates, and perform repairs following technical literature while maintaining a tidy workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in diagnostics and preparation of accurate estimates 2. Use of technical resources for high-quality repairs 3. Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness Assist mechanics, electricians, and workshop supervisors in diagnosing vehicles currently under service in the workshop, as requested by the technical consultant, workshop supervisor, and service manager, to identify potential defects requiring correction, thereby gaining experience; Assist mechanics in preparing estimates as quickly as possible to avoid delays in their completion and with utmost accuracy to prevent supplementary estimates, aiming for quality and customer satisfaction; Utilize all available resources for correct repair execution, including technical literature, electronic parts catalogs, standard repair times, technical assistance bulletins, and appropriate tools; Keep the workplace clean and organized, as well as all tools under your responsibility; Clean all parts used in warranty service orders for delivery to the warranty department in their original packaging; Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor.
