Manually handle and store products provided by the incoming inspection area at their designated locations, item by item, in an organized manner, adhering to the FIFO principle to facilitate order picking and thereby enhance productivity during outgoing goods operations. Manually pick orders according to the request list (OT) placed on boxes or pallets, respecting the priority of outbound types (Customer Pickup, Motorcycle Delivery, and Freight Carriers), as specified in the department’s PO, and make the products available for outgoing inspection by the customer. Prepare product packaging in an organized manner based on instructions from the inspector, respecting each product’s specific characteristics, ensuring all items are properly packaged to guarantee customer satisfaction. Replenish excess products to the picking locations (fixed order-picking addresses). Perform loading and unloading of materials. Conduct inventory counting and scanning of stock items.
