Assistance in assembling simple dishes #### **About the position:** Support kitchen activities in food pre\-preparation, utensil sanitation, and station organization, contributing to service efficiency, maintenance of cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Wash, peel, cut, portion, and organize ingredients according to kitchen team instructions. * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces during and after preparation. * Support mise en place at stations by sorting and organizing supplies as directed by chefs. * Maintain overall cleanliness of the work area (sinks, refrigeration units, stoves, hoods, countertops). * Collect waste, properly dispose of food scraps, and keep containers sanitized. * Restock ingredients and utensils under leadership guidance. * Assist in assembling simple dishes, salads, desserts, or snacks when required. * Strictly adhere to Good Food Handling Practices, in accordance with sanitary surveillance standards. * Report irregularities or supply shortages to kitchen leadership. * Perform sector routines punctually, cleanly, and with discipline. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Desirable requirements (advantage)** * Prior experience in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or hospitality is an advantage. * Required experience duration for this role: Minimum 6 months to 1 year * Previous experience #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele\-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On\-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift: 5 days on, 1 day off * Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM
