




**Position: Kitchen Assistant** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to work in a commercial kitchen located in the neighborhood of Madalena, Recife. **Requirements:** * Practical experience in Brazilian and regional cuisine; * Good food handling practices; * Skills in cutting and portioning proteins (e.g.: eye of round, chicken breast, chicken thighs) (optional, but would be a plus); * Proactivity and dynamism. **Responsibilities:** * Production and assembly of salads and juices; * Cleaning and sanitizing fruits and vegetables; * Assist in the preparation of dishes and side dishes; * Assist in meal prep container assembly; * Cleaning of utensils and work environment; * Cutting and portioning of proteins (optional, but would be a plus); **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1,600.00 * Transportation allowance * Meals on site. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Saturday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Day off every Sunday + biweekly additional day off (on Wednesday or Saturday).
