





**Description** Job Description **Recruitment:** External **Position:** Pharmacy Supervisor **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week **Employment Type:** Daily wage **Salary:** Competitive, as practiced by the institution; Full description according to Selection Notice NGC No. 19/2025 – PHARMACY SUPERVISOR, published on the website: https://htri.org.br/trabalhe\-conosco/ngc/ **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and monitor pharmaceutical area indicators, providing solutions to improve pharmacy processes across OSS\-HTRI units; Deliver capacity-building activities for pharmaceutical professionals, organizing training sessions, lectures, and courses aligned with the needs of OSS\-HTRI units; Guide unit-based Pharmaceutical Coordinators, supporting them in resolving pharmaceutical-area issues encountered within OSS\-HTRI units, as required; Conduct technical visits to OSS\-HTRI units, monitoring performed activities to verify workflows, processes, and storage areas; Draft and/or revise regulatory documents, consulting current legislation and already-established internal documents; Implement and monitor pharmacoeconomic routines across all units; Prepare technical reports and opinions on medications and health products upon institutional request; Stay updated on current standards and legislation related to Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy, and disseminate updates to unit-based Pharmaceutical Coordinators; Monitor inventory management processes across OSS\-HTRI health units, reviewing area practices; Oversee inventory execution at OSS\-HTRI health units, conducting on-site audits; Train personnel responsible for inventory management at OSS\-HTRI health units through targeted training sessions, ensuring their continuous updating on area-specific processes whenever necessary; Perform other duties related to this position or function, as determined by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences; Certificate issued by the Regional Council of Pharmacy of Pernambuco (CRF\-PE), confirming proper registration; Minimum of six (6) months’ proven experience in Hospital Management or Hospital Pharmacy; Knowledge of Clinical Pharmacy; Experience in inventory management; Intermediate-level computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
