Opportunity for professional development and investment in certifications **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an Infrastructure and DevOps Analyst to ensure the availability, performance, and security of RAS’s and our clients’ IT environments. The professional will be responsible for preparing and maintaining environments, managing networks, deploying applications, continuously monitoring production servers, and administering databases—serving as a key contributor to the reliability of operations supporting sanitation companies across multiple Brazilian states. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Workstation and Server Management** * Formatting, configuration, and standardization of machines (workstations and servers). * Installation, updating, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Management of IT asset inventory and documentation of environment configurations. **Networks and Connectivity** * Diagnosis and resolution of connectivity issues in internal and client environments. * Configuration and maintenance of VPNs and secure remote access to client environments. **Deployment and Version Management** * Generation of builds and version packages for GSAN and related systems. * Generation of builds for native Android applications. * Execution of deployments in staging and production environments, with control and documentation of versions deployed per client. * Support for automation of CI/CD processes (integration and continuous delivery pipelines). **Monitoring, Databases, and Support** * Proactive monitoring of production servers (CPU, memory, disk, services). * Configuration and management of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar). * Execution of backup routines, integrity verification, restore operations, and maintenance of PostgreSQL databases. * Response to critical incidents and escalation when necessary, ensuring adherence to client SLAs. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with Linux server administration (preferably Debian/Ubuntu). * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. * Experience with version control tools (Git). * Knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration (backup, restore, maintenance). * Experience deploying applications on application servers (WildFly, Tomcat, or similar). * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, or similar). * Ability to manage multiple clients and environments simultaneously. * Availability to handle critical situations outside regular business hours, when required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with Docker and application containerization. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). * Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar). * Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience building Android applications (Gradle/Android Studio). * Familiarity with Java EE and WildFly application environments. * Experience in the public sector or with sanitation/utility companies. * Certifications in Linux (LPIC, CompTIA Linux+) or cloud (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900). * Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python) for task automation. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity and sense of urgency in resolving incidents. * Ability to work under pressure during critical production situations. * Organization and discipline in documenting procedures and version control. * Strong communication skills for interaction with development teams and clients. * Investigative and analytical mindset for problem diagnosis. * Self-directed learning attitude and continuous pursuit of technological updates. **POSITION OBJECTIVES (FIRST 6 MONTHS)** * Map and document all production and staging environments of RAS’s active clients. * Assume responsibility for GSAN deployment and version management across all clients. * Implement or enhance proactive monitoring of critical servers with automated alerts. * Standardize and document database backup, restore, and maintenance procedures. * Identify opportunities for deployment process automation and propose a CI/CD evolution plan. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Market-competitive salary (to be negotiated based on experience). * CLT employment regime with all statutory benefits. * Collaborative work environment within a company undergoing rapid growth. * Opportunity to work on critical infrastructure serving millions of users. * Direct exposure to diverse environments across multiple Brazilian states. * Potential for professional development and investment in certifications.
