Perform calculations related to vacations, terminations, social charges, and benefits. Register hires, dismissals, and personnel movements in the system. Manage and monitor electronic timekeeping. Ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations. Provide employee assistance to clarify doubts regarding labor matters and payroll. Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation. Assist with internal and external audits when required. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
