Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit and Collections Assistant for the finance team of a Food Distribution Company, responsible for credit analysis and collections management. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive, organized, and disciplined profile **Credit and Collections Assistant – Recife/PE** We are looking for a Credit and Collections Assistant – Recife/PE to join the finance team of a Food Distribution Company located at Ceasa. Prior experience in this field/function is essential. We seek a proactive, punctual, clear communicator, agile, organized, and disciplined professional. **Responsibilities:** *Credit Analysis and Approval:* \- Analysis of financial history (SERASA/SPC) and customer registration; \- Determination of credit limits and payment terms based on company policy; \- Assessment of fraud risk and debt capacity. *Collections Management:* \- Issuance and control of bank slips, invoices, and collection documents; \- Continuous monitoring of customer payment behavior; \- Notification of outstanding balances (e-mail, SMS, phone) to debtors; \- Negotiation of payment methods and debt restructuring; \- Bank reconciliation and updating of records; \- Generation of financial reports on delinquency; \- Reconciliation and credit card processing. **Requirements and Qualifications:** \- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in related fields; \- Experience in credit and collections functions; \- Residence near and with easy access to Ceasa Recife/PE. **Compensation:** \- Fixed Salary: R$2\.407,00 (CLT) \- Meal Voucher; \- Transportation Voucher; \- Telemedicine; \- Dental Plan. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. ***If you match this opportunity’s profile and seek new challenges, please send us your updated resume for evaluation.*** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.406,56 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
