About the position: * We are seeking a Lead Consultant. This professional will analyze and prospect potential leads, manage contacts and emails via the CRM platform, monitor the organization's operating market, and identify business opportunities. Main Responsibilities: Proactively and responsively contact customers—during initial outreach and follow-up for lead prospecting—and route them to sales consultants through available communication channels; Respond to customer inquiries, address questions, or escalate to responsible parties; Ensure lead satisfaction and meet their needs; Update system information so that values and offers align with actual practice; Prepare reports as required and at the necessary frequency; Review daily sales via the internal billing system; Support customers in selecting vehicles and route them to sales consultants; Manage leads by coordinating communications with sales consultants to ensure effective contact; Perform other duties consistent with the responsibilities and competencies of the Lead Sales area, as directed by management.
