The role covers the entire process from initial contact through contract closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of company sales and profitability targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers in the civil construction sector; * Serve and negotiate with customers in person, by phone, and via digital channels; * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for equipment rental; * Monitor the entire rental process: request, contract, delivery, and return; * Ensure customer retention by maintaining post\-sales relationships; * Achieve sales targets, profit margin goals, and contract return timelines; * Maintain CRM system data and submit visit and negotiation reports; * Support logistics and maintenance teams with information regarding demand and deadlines; * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities; * Represent the company during site visits, trade fairs, and industry events. + **Education:** Completed high school; + **Experience:** Prior sales experience. + **Knowledge:** - Sales and negotiation techniques; - Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
