Production Analyst

Job Summary: A professional to oversee production operations, assist in planning and control, monitor key performance indicators, and propose improvements to production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support production planning and control (PCP) 2. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements 3. Work multidisciplinarily with various departments **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor daily vessel production, analyzing deadlines, volumes, and resources; * Assist in production planning and control (PCP); * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, rework, losses, etc.); * Support production order control and data entry; * Identify production bottlenecks and propose process improvements; * Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, PCP, warehouse, and logistics departments; * Support the preparation of management reports and internal controls; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of industrial production processes; * Familiarity with PCP and indicator monitoring; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Familiarity with ERP systems (Sankhya).
