Responsibilities and Duties * Create, update, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Logistics and Transportation area, ensuring data reliability and periodic updates. * Develop, maintain, and enhance managerial dashboards using the **GoodData** tool, ensuring accurate visualization and analysis of Logistics department data. * Provide technical and operational support in **Excel** to the Transportation department, including spreadsheet creation, formulas, controls, and basic automation. * Prepare managerial and operational reports for data analysis, supporting decision-making and performance tracking. * Develop and organize managerial materials such as presentations, dashboards, and performance monitoring documents. * Act as a **stand-in**, covering departmental activities and routines during scheduled absences to ensure process continuity. Requirements and Qualifications * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, including Power Query and Pivot Tables; * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Logistics**, or related fields. * Knowledge and experience with **Totvs ERP systems**; * Knowledge of **SQL**; * Knowledge of **Python**; * Experience developing **interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI**, focused on performance indicators and decision support.
