




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide managerial and functional support, manage administrative activities, and serve internal/external customers. Key Highlights: 1. Point of contact for internal and external customers * We seek a responsible Administrative Assistant to support our managers and staff, assist with daily office needs, and manage the company's general administrative activities. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize work using tools such as MS Word and Excel. Prior experience in this role and familiarity with our industry are preferred but not required. * RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and direct telephone calls; organize and schedule appointments; plan meetings and prepare detailed minutes; serve as the point of contact for internal and external customers; receive customers in person at our commercial units; operate internal systems; * REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience (6 months) is desirable but not mandatory. * DESIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills. * COMPENSATION: Current Minimum Wage (R$1.518,00) + Meal Allowance (R$600,00); Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Payment: R$1.518,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) * Customer Reception (Preferred)
