Job Summary: The Event Producer manages MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events at a shopping center, focusing on integration and relationship-building with clients and operational departments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in producing corporate events, congresses, and trade fairs. 2. Acting as the liaison between clients and shopping center operations. 3. Ability to work under pressure and manage simultaneous events. The Event Producer will be responsible for end-to-end management of events held in a dedicated facility within the shopping center, with emphasis on MICE-sector events such as congresses, conventions, trade fairs, and corporate events. Their involvement begins after commercial closure of the event, assuming operational client relationship responsibilities and becoming the primary point of contact between the event organizer and the shopping center’s operational departments—ensuring seamless integration among all parties involved before, during, and after the event. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Client Relationship (Post-Commercial Closure) * Assume client service following contract closure by the commercial department. * Lead operational alignment for the event, ensuring full understanding of the contracted scope. * Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for all operational, technical, and logistical matters related to the event. * Translate client requirements into feasible solutions, respecting the facility’s and shopping center’s regulations and constraints. * Interface with Shopping Center Operations * Act as the liaison between clients/events and shopping center operational departments (security, maintenance, cleaning, parking, fire brigade, operations, marketing, among others). * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures of the shopping center. * Request, monitor, and validate authorizations, technical clearances, and operational approvals required for event execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Prior experience in producing corporate events, congresses, trade fairs, or conventions. Experience in the MICE sector will be considered a plus. Knowledge of operational routines, logistics, and multi-stakeholder management. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
