Focus on compliance and competitiveness **BUDGET ANALYST (confidential position)** **Main Challenges:** * Prepare robust technical and commercial proposals (budget spreadsheets, BDI, cost composition, and schedules). * Perform strategic interpretation of public tender notices, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Law, or Engineering. * Solid experience in preparing proposals for public tenders. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. **Key Competencies:** + Analysis and composition of direct and indirect costs + Reading and interpretation of technical drawings + Proficiency in spreadsheets (especially Excel) + Knowledge of pricing and margin formation + Organization and deadline management + Analytical ability and logical reasoning + Communication and teamwork**Differentiators:** + Experience in the sector (civil construction, electrical, industrial, etc.) + Familiarity with budgeting software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP) + Basic knowledge of procurement and supplier negotiation **Location:** Piedade, Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE.
