Or, as we like to say: BENTELER makes it happen! **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Experience in production areas; * Knowledge of LEAN processes, 5S, and housekeeping; * Familiarity with production routines in an automotive parts factory is desirable; **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate machinery in production processes; * Support plant quality in rework and documentation; * Perform operational tasks on production lines; * Comply with and enforce occupational safety requirements; * Carry out various production-related tasks, including maintenance of machinery and materials used in performing assigned duties; ensure effective use of Lean tools; * Fulfill operational plans to achieve targets. **REPORTS TO:** Team Leader **Your Contact** Liliane Correa BENTELER Human Resources **Who We Are?** The BENTELER Group always has the answer.
