Job Summary: A mall inspector ensures security, smooth operation of mall activities, and customer satisfaction through patrols, access control, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct patrols and access control MALL INSPECTOR High school diploma or equivalent Valid security guard certification issued within the last 2 years Minimum 6 months of experience in this role Strong communication skills and experience in customer service Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, commitment, proactivity, attentiveness, and service quality. Attention to compliance with post regulations, Customer service and guidance, Ensuring proper operation of facilities (escalators, elevators, cleaning, lighting, access doors, ambient sound system, store operations, restrooms), Ensuring access and circulation throughout the mall, Guidance for delivery personnel and access control, Patrolling service posts; radio HT communication for transmitting and receiving information, Commitment to meeting customer needs.
