Job Summary: JCPM Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk for construction sites to manage material receipt, control, and logistics, as well as coordinate inventory teams and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for full warehouse management on construction sites 2. Coordinate tooling and site logistics 3. Manage inventories and generate managerial reports Warehouse Clerk position at JCPM Group. **ATTENTION:** On-site work at the construction site located in Sirinhaém; candidates must be available to reside in Sirinhaém from Monday to Friday, and Saturdays (if required); **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receipt and verification of invoices; * Entering invoices into the system for payment processing; * System-based material stock write-offs; * Monthly inventory; * Spreadsheet-based tracking of rented machinery and equipment; * Monitoring purchase orders/requests; * Coordinate tooling and site logistics (cleaning and replenishment); * Monitor water and diesel consumption; * Formalize quotation maps and emergency purchase orders; * Identify local suppliers; * Coordinate logistics for collection, receipt, and delivery of materials; * Issue ad-hoc invoices; * Generate managerial reports on received invoices; * Track and archive invoice flow for materials from third-party companies; * Generate monthly consumption indicators; * Manage inventories; * Maintain fixed asset (property) control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Administration (preferred); * Minimum 5 (five) years of experience as a Warehouse Clerk on construction sites (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Basic level); * Experience with inventory management systems; * Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations; * Organizational skills; * Technical capability for material receipt, verification, and storage; * Negotiation skills; * Effective communication; * Leadership profile (people management). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher, including during vacation periods; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; We seek innovative, curious individuals who, above all, LOVE PEOPLE.
