Job Summary: The Novo Atacarejo is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage HR processes including recruitment and selection (R&S), onboarding, employee development, and support internal training and communications. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct recruitment and selection (R&S) and onboarding of new employees. 2. Support employee development and well-being. 3. Join our family! ##### **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** * Conduct recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Monitor employee development on the shop floor and support calibration meetings for experience assessment; * Implement motivational initiatives; * Manage job vacancy openings and internal transfers; * Provide employee support services; * Support company-provided training programs; * Conduct exit interviews; * Support internal communications and coordinate initiatives with internal marketing (Endomarketing); * Ensure cognitive mapping and behavioral process management at the unit level; * Monitor delivery of key performance indicators under your responsibility; **WHAT WE NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Technologist degree in Human Resources; * Minimum one year of experience in HR.
