Experience valued in accounts payable/receivable and billing **Job Summary:** Support daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy in entries and cash flow, as well as collaborating on area process improvement and automation. **Responsibilities** * **Accounts Payable:** Invoice verification, payment scheduling and execution, supplier relationship management. * **Accounts Receivable:** Issuance and control of invoices, monitoring of collections, and receivables clearance. * **Billing:** Issuance and verification of fiscal invoices and related documents. * **Bank Reconciliation:** Verification and reconciliation of transactions and balances. * **ERP Classification:** Entry and classification of expenses and revenues with correct allocation to cost centers and categories. * **Cash Flow and Controls:** Updating and monitoring cash flow and basic financial reports. * **Continuous Improvement:** Proposing and implementing automations and standardizations of financial routines. **Requirements**: * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. (preferred) * **Experience** in financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, billing, treasury). * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables); ERP experience is a plus. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Organization, proactivity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Benefits and Compensation:** * \- Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \- Incentive: R$ 200,00 \- Transportation Allowance (paid in cash, as needed) \- Meal Allowance: R$ 484,00 * **Additional Information** Work Location: Rua José Bonifácio, 100\.
