We are currently seeking a **Shift Coordinator** to join our Operations team. If you are passionate about safety, operational discipline, and results-driven performance, we want to meet you! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Lead and develop operational teams, ensuring efficient execution of terminal operations for containerized and project cargo. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, promoting HSSE culture across all activities. * Plan and monitor equipment and human resource allocation, focusing on productivity, efficiency, and safety. * Manage performance indicators (KPIs), using continuous improvement tools and operational data analysis. * Contribute to building high-performing teams through regular feedback and corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with departments such as Maintenance, Commercial, and Planning to achieve operational objectives. * Represent the terminal before customers, partners, regulatory bodies, and port stakeholders. * Ensure adherence to labor regulations, internal procedures, and company strategies. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Port Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Operational management experience in port terminals; proven leadership of teams and management of operational KPIs; knowledge of container handling processes and port equipment; familiarity with NAVIS 4 systems is a plus. * **English:** Advanced level. * **Computer Skills:** Advanced Microsoft Office suite. * **Lean Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset—a naturally curious individual committed to solving root causes and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and ability to develop people. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Analytical capability and sense of urgency. * Ability to make decisions and manage conflicts. * Commitment to safety and compliance.
